What happens during an upgrade to my phone system?

All of the phone services are stopped and an update to MaxAdministrator is run.  After the update is complete the phones will receive a new version of firmware which increases stability of the phone software.  Secondly the client software will receive an update at next login.  This update is to ensure the software is as stable and useful with features as possible.  Normally no reboot is required however sometimes it is.
