Phone only says (BASIC) (ONHOOK), cannot make/receive calls.

The phone was just logged out of the session. All that needs to be done is log back in. Just press #27, enter in your extension, and then enter your password. The phone will say registering, and then it will show the date the time and your extension; with all your voicemails.
